• User Inputs: Text you paste into the Extension for form filling.
• Page Context: Field metadata from the active page (labels, placeholders, names, selectors) to map values into form fields.
• Page URL: The active page URL associated with a fill request.
• Settings and Templates: Your saved templates, preferences, and configuration settings.
• Authentication Data: Tokens or identifiers required to authenticate with our service providers (if you sign in), including device tokens.

We do not collect your browsing history, precise location, or content from other tabs. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you choose to provide them. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide Autofill: Build prompts from your inputs and page context, then apply AI-generated field values to the page.
• Operate the Extension: Save templates and settings so the Extension works across sessions.
• Maintain Security: Detect abuse, prevent unauthorized use, and enforce usage limits.
• Improve Reliability: Diagnose errors and improve performance.

3. Permissions and Access

• The Extension accesses only the active page after you initiate an action.
• Site access is requested only when required to capture fields or apply fills, and only after a user gesture.
• You can revoke permissions at any time in Chrome Extension settings.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only when needed to provide the Extension services:

• Service Providers: We send prompts and field data to our backend (https://www.formfill.cc) and model providers to generate responses. These providers process data on our behalf under their policies and agreements.
• Legal and Safety: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of users and our services.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

• We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Extension.
• Templates and settings persist until you delete them or uninstall the Extension.
• Pasted text is not stored in Extension storage; it remains in the UI and is sent only when you request a fill.
• We do not retain request logs by default. If retained for security or abuse prevention, retention is no longer than 12 months.
• You can clear Extension data via Chrome Extension settings at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure; you use the Extension at your own risk.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required by law, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Your Rights

You may have rights under applicable laws to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children

The Extension is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
